Packages for Warriors events support efforts of offering free shipping of care packages to families that have a deployed service member (APO/FPO),  Event proceeds support free shipping within the community/chapter.   Thank you for your support of sending a piece of home to USA deployed!

Event:  Pumpkin and Spice Holiday Bazaar

Saline County Expo, 4-H Building, 900 Greeley Ave, Salina,  KS

October 23 and 24, 2026

 

10/23/2026:    Vendors set up from Noon to 3 PM, optional to sell at Early Bird Sale from 3-6PM.  All occupants must leave at that time.

10/24/2026:    Vendors set up/re-stock:  7-8:30AM.  Quick Vendor Meeting @ 08:45AM Center front lobby, event begins:  9:00 AM to 5 PM.  All vendors must have items totally removed from building at 7PM sharp, no exceptions.

Vendor Responsibilities:

  • Vendors have the option to set up booth:  10/23/2026: Vendors pre-set up from Noon to 3PM, optional to sell at Early Bird Sale from 3 PM-6PM.    Then on 10/24/2026:    Vendors set up/re-stock:  7-8:30AM.  Quick Vendor Meeting @ 08:45AM Center Lobby,  doors open to the public (Entry by Donation) at  9:00 AM to 5 PM.  Highlights of event featured on Facebook page:  Packages for Warriors-Hearts of America, Inc.  Event location will be:  4-H Building, 900 Greeley Ave, Salina, KS (near Tony’s Event Center).

  • Vendors must remove all products/personal belongings from The 4-H Building on OCT 24, 2026 no later than  7 pm.  We must have all products/supplies removed out at that time, otherwise Packages for Warriors gets penalized and has to pay extra.

  • We encourage everyone to share the flier of “Pumpkin and Spice Holiday Bazaar” on your social media venues to let your friends and family know you’ll be participating.  Often they want to come support and patronize your booth.  You can locate the flyer on our FB page:  Packages for Warriors-Hearts of America, Inc

  • In instance a vendor chooses to not attend regardless of circumstance.  No credit or refund of vendor registration will be provided, funds will be deemed as a monetary donation to Packages for Warriors.

  • Goal is to provide 1 table and 1 chair to each vendor/per booth.  If interested in bringing your own tables and/or chairs that is perfectly fine.   

  • Vendors are responsible for all applicable sales tax/filings with Kansas Department of Revenue/Internal Revenue Service.

  • Packages for Warriors will provide all vendors a packet with sales tax info prior to event.  If you’re a seasoned vendor, please post your certificate at booth.  All vendors must tape at booth, the  “Pumpkin and Spice Holiday Bazaar” certificate of Sales.

  • Vendor takes full responsibility of all incidentals: bodily health condition/products/personal property throughout the occupancy/premises of The 4-H Building.   Packages for Warriors and Saline County Expo/4-H Building are not responsible for incidentals to include lost, stolen or broken. We encourage all vendors to have liability insurance.

  • Concession stand and/or food/drink truck vendors:  must be in accordance to food and safety health guidelines.  Food vendors will be provided with guidelines / requirements to serve as a food vendor at event.  Example of some requirements: ABC fire extinguisher, thermometers, canopy, designated hand wash station, wearing food prep gloves during handling/serving of food.  Food truck(s)  will have a designated location to park.   Concession/Food truck vendors provide all serviceware (napkins, eating utensils and plates/trays and cups). Concession stand:  Vendor must clean the kitchen prior to departure.

  • Vendors agree to not leave prior to 5PM on October 24, 2026 in respect of Packages for Warriors and fellow  vendors that have invested time and money to attend.  

  • If direct sales, first come-first serve no holds for vendor registration must be received with amount due.
